One of my favorite back exercises would be lat pull-downs. I love how I am able to control the movement (of course with the help of the cables) to be able to focus more on the muscles in the back. When doing this exercise, I usually don’t lift too heavy because I want more mind to muscle connection as I work hypertrophy. One thing I do want you to keep in mind is when you are lifting the bar back to the top, I highly recommend a more controlled movement. This way you work the eccentric phase of the movement for better growth.
